How does it work?
- Start your subscription. Choose the package that makes the most sense for your business and goals. You can always upgrade or downgrade later.
- We will create a strategy. Though we can work in the order you desire, at the start of relationship, we will do a review of your current strategy and goals, and identify opportunities to push your business to the next level.
- Start adding your requests. You will receive access to a private Trello board. You can add as many requests as you want, and we will begin working on them in the order you define. You can also let us recommend tasks to achieve your goals, based on our strategy review.
- Receive monthly reports and strategy calls. Depending on your package, we may meet more frequently. We will meet at least once a month to review strategy and progress. We will also prepare a monthly report for overall digital health, metrics, and improvements. You’ll also get direct access to our team of experts on a dedicated slack channel.

Are there any hidden costs beyond the subscription fee?
No, the subscription fee covers all the services listed in your chosen tier. There are no additional or hidden charges.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you would like and they’ll be delivered one by one.
Can I have multiple requests running simultaneously?
Based on your pricing tier, we will complete 1-3 active requests at a time. The time to complete depends on the complexity, but we aim for the majority of requests to be completed with 48 hours.
What if I’m not satisfied with the delivered work?
We want you to be happy. As our service offers unlimited requests, simply request another iteration.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
After submitting a request, our team will deliver the completed on average within 48 hours, however this can vary depending on the complexity of the work and request. Sometimes they take much less than 48 hours, and sometimes they take more.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! We understand that flexibility is key. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees. When pausing, you can resume at any time to pick up with the remaining time left in your month. To pause your subscription, just send us a message and we’ll get it paused right away.
